Fedora’s Box

before you really knew me people knew my fedora its broad curved brim and pleated crown begged no questions but when your eyes became sun in my windowless office from that once protective felt emerged a volcanic cone the stress rehearsal of tenderness became a fedoral case you are now where I can hang my hat in the oxbow lake our marriage will make I have no choice You blew my cover
